796. SCHEMES IN OPERATION
1. St.Pancras Suburban Services
(a) Moorgate service
Noted that all six Sulzer locomotives now in operation on this service
and performing satisfactorily, and their more intensive use was under
consideration.
(b) Diesel Parcels Vans
Noted that all four vans have received works attention and the position
in respect of mails and parcels was very much improved.
2. Watford - St.Albans Service
Mr. Gould stated that arrangements were being made for the A.C.V.
units to be transferred to Bullwell preparatory to their use as staff trains
between Annesley and Bullwell when maintenance facilities were available.
It was agreed that, owing to technical and operating difficulties,
the units were not suitable for use as exhibition trains nor as mobile work
study offices.
3. Traffic Receipts
Traffic receipts for schemes with less that 12 months' operation
by diesel multiple units attached as Appendix 'A.
