AGREED.
Mr. Riley stated that the financial details for the Manchester Part 4 scheme, including parcels etc., receipts and terminal costs, had just been completed and were being furnished to the Director of Traffic Services that day. The Chairman emphasised the necessity for the earliest possible completion of the submission to the General Manager with a view to the scheme being put forward to the next meeting of the Area Board.
In regard to other schemes, it was indicated that the revised figures for the St. Pancras, Leicester, Nottingham scheme, including parcels etc. receipts and terminal costs could be expected within a month.
The joint report of the Director of Traffic Services and the Chief Mechanical & Electrical Engineer was noted.
It was agreed that when the modifications had been carried out on all the vehicles, the present allocations would be adequate.
