Cravens DMBS E53377, part of set 33, in amongst many other DMU vehicles, possibly on its home depot of Norwich circa early/mid-1980s. Mike Bunker.
Easily identified as a Norwich-allocated train by the set number in the cab window, the DMBS is probably 50377. It is standing at Leicester (during reconstruction) having arrived from Peterborough on July 11, 1978. Jeremy Chapter.
On May 19th 1979, WAMRAC (the Wisbech & March Railway Action Committee) organised a special train from the goods terminus at Wisbech and this is seen there on arrival back from Cambridge. E50377 is shown leading trailer E56434 formed as Set 33. The other unit at the rear was Set 44, E51289 + E56468. Gerard Fletcher.
