circa 1984

Set number: 101344

A withdrawn power car from 101344 on Ayr depot circa 1984. It is likely 51796, damaged in a fire at Doncaster Works in 1982, after which it returned to Scotland listed as stored at Eastfield in May 1983, withdrawn in January 1984, by July 1985 the condemned vehicle was in Falkland Yard - possibly after a stop at Ayr depot for component stripping?
