A Class 101 two-car with M56334 departing Manchester Victoria's Platform 11 and passing Manchester Exchange's Platform 3 (which formed the longest platform in the world), on a Chester via Warrington service in July 1978. Hugh Llewelyn.
Class 101 DTCL M56334 leads a ten-car DMU formation with Bangor on its destination blind. It is thought to be at Dallam, between Winwick Junction and Warrington, date unknown. It is formed of five two-cars, a 101, 103, 108, possibly another 108 and a 101. All are in plain blue except the rear set which carries the white/blue stripe refurbished livery. Glyn Weigh.
