Norwich allocated Class 101 DMU set 84 at Nuneaton Midland Junction circa 1975. Phillip Malin.

A three-car Class 104 (set 84) and a two-car Class 105 are seen at Norwich Thorpe Junction on March 10, 1979. DMCL E50557 is at the front, and has a smaller than usual 0 in the vehicle number. Michael Mensing.
Class 104 at Sheringham on 11 April 1979. Please don't leave without me! I'd arrived on the last train of the day from Norwich which had about an eight minute layover before forming the last service back. I wanted to photograph the two W&M railbus at the NNR station. Luckily the Guard let me leave my bag on the train which made me more mobile but said he would offload it and go if I was even a few seconds late. The mission was accomplished, I even had time to photograph the train when I got back - you can see the Guard patiently waiting for me. Alistair Ness.

A 2 car Class 101 sits in the depot at Hereford. DMBS 51209 is closest recently transferred to Tyseley, and still carries the Tyne & Wear PTE symbol from its time at Heaton some years before, and its Norwich set number. Photo taken sometime between 18th & 21st May 1988. Paul James.
Class 101 DMBS 51209, is seen inside the factory at Tyseley on 04.06.1988. It had recently been transferred from Norwich, it still displays the Norwich set number 84 in the middle window, behind as a board with it's Tyseley set number 217. Andy Cole.
