It arrived there in July 1969 after withdrawal from South Gosforth under the wear and tear / surplus category in June 1968 after just under twelve years in traffic. Closest with Leven on the destination blind is DMC SC50158, at the time allocated to Dundee. The vehicle would spend the first 32 of its 35 year career on the Scottish Region. Dundee only had one TBSL at the time - SC59074. Transferred to the Scottish Region in 1966 where it remained - other than a brief spell at Chester - until withdrawal in 1991.
