Four-car set E50263 + 59063 + 59084 + 51211 at Castleton on May 3rd, 1982, taken from (Taken from 50233. Much has changed here, not only the long gone class 101 DMUs but also the track 50263 is on, that platform and signal box, in fact there is little sign they were ever there. John Carter.

Class 101 Metro Cammell 2-car DMU set CH619 53263+53306 (DMCL+DMSB) leads a Class 108 3-car into Llandudno with a 'Conwy Valley Sunday Shuttle' service 6-8-89 ish. The rear set is former BX377, now CH377, 52049+59390+51943. The Met Cam had been withdrawn by the end of the year. On Tour With the Class 13 Army.

A Class 101 is piped into Aberdeen Waterloo station with a SRA/SLS branchline special on 26 May 1973. Waterloo had ceased to be a passenger station over 100 years earlier but had continued as a freight depot. The power cars are 50264 and 50254. John McIntyre.

A three-car class 101 Metro-Cammell diesel set (closest is thought to be 50264) was used by the Branch Line Society on 24 August 1980 for their Forfar Railtour from Perth. First port of call was the Dewar's branch where the train reached a point just short of the first trap point. Jeremy Chapter.

The tour, formed of a Metro-Cammell triple set, is seen here at Forfar. The vehicles are believed to be 50264 + 59549 + 51241. Jeremy Chapter.
