Cravens route-learning set 977123 and 977125, allocated at the time to Lincoln, they made regular visits to Ipswich. They are seen here in the 'East-Suffolk' bay at Ipswich Station on 22/9/87 no doubt about to set off down the East Suffolk Line to Lowestoft. AndrewHA.

Class 105 E53364 at Liverpool Street. After withdrawal from revenue earning service, some class 105's were transferred to the parcels sector. This unit is seen at Liverpool Street - but it's nothing like the Liverpool Street of today. I'm fairly certain it was taken one of those 'Ian Allan' Network Days. Looking at the adjacent negatives it must have been October 1987. Stuart Pearce.

One of the last 'Cravens' DMU's (54122 + 53359)was repainted into BR Green for its final months in service, and it is seen here at Sudbury on October 1987. I should say that this was taken with the knowledge and permission of the railway staff present. Stuart Pearce.
