Probably not bound for Hull, despite the destination blind, this is a Cravens dmu in the bay at the south end of Doncaster station in May 1980. The leading car is no. 56438. Andrew Walker.

This pair of recently repainted dmus make a pleasant scene standing at the south end of York station on my visit of July 2nd 1982. Norwich based twin sets could turn up just about anywhere it seemed and here Cravens Class 105 set 54 formed of E56440 + E51279 is on the left having arrived as the 10.37 from Sheffield.
