Refurbished Class 116 set TS538, the DMC (furthest) is M51144, presumably with 59441 + 51131, heads away from Birmingham Moor Street on February 9, 1979. Steve Jones.
Class 116 DMU set TS538 (presumably 51131 visible) at Telford Coalbrookdale 8 July 1979. A temporary station was opened here as part of the Iron Bridge bi-centenary celebrations with shuttle trains operating down the Power Station branch from Wolverhampton on Sundays. On 8 July I was the only passenger on the outward journey and using a free staff pass! Alistair Ness.

Class 116 DMU set T608 with cars 51131 + 59613 + 51144 climbing Hatton Bank on 15 April 1987 with a Leamington to Birmingham Moor Street train. Fire damage to the cutting from a lineside fire is visible and it seems that the bridge over Dark Lane was all that stopped it spreading further south. Peter Tandy.
