St.Pancras Suburban Service. - The Chairman stated it was essential for authority to be obtained and the building of the units for this scheme to commence as early as possible in order that the service can be introduced with the winter 1960 timetable. Scheme to be completed on the basis of the use of 238 H.P. Rolls Royce engines and to be submitted to the General Manager as a matter of urgency.
