These proposals were approved by the Area Board on February 4th and the Departments concerned were now required to implement the recommendations and to submit full detailed schemes as soon as possible and also submit Works Order forms in respect of the maintenance and/or fuelling facilities for the first seven items. An Area Board minute would be issued to cover the Chester West Depot.
