Ex-works Class 100 set 64 in Norwich DMU shed circa 1973. Thought to be E56307 + E51111. Tim Stubbs.
With Lowestoft showing on the destination blind, GRC&W set 64 heads away from the camera past a Neptune System track machine in the siding to the north east of Saxhumdham station. With bars over the passenger door droplights, this was a vehicle that had previously spent time at South Gosforth and is likely E56307, which dates to circa 1972/3. 51257 is part of set 64 at Spalding on 19/4/77. The Class 105 set is attached to a 3-car set of a different class, which is mostly off the platform. There is also a 3-car high density set in the sidings. Ian Francis.
