Class 105 TDB977124 (ex-51296) and 110s York, 15 July 1983. I was pleased to find this Cravens set now in Departmental use stabled in one of the south end bay platforms surrounded by Class 110s on service workings. Alistair Ness.

Cravens and Met-Camm DMUs in York station on 22 February 1987. The Class 105 is one of the ER route learning sets, 977126 at the far end and presumably 977124 this end. The Class 101 consists of DMSL 53182 at the far end and an unknown DMBS this end. Jonathan Hazan.
A route learning class 105, TDB977124 + TDB977126, arrives at the south end of York on either 14th or 15th May 1989. The throat is in the middle of being rebuilt from the 1951 layout to that used today. The new IECC signalbox was commissioned on 14th May Tony Walmsley.

South Kirkby, taken in the long gone 'Pit Yard'. The power car is noted as 977124, so presumably working with 977126 (closest). The photographer was a 'Road learning Instructor' based at Leeds, and the unit was taken into the 'pit yards' so Knottingley men could have a refresh on the railway, because like miners they had done no work for over a year.
