A pair of Cravens Local Passenger (later Class 105) 2-car dmu's Nos. E56131 (141), E51257 (105/2) in Rail Blue livery with all-yellow front end and Nos.E51256 (105/2), E56424 (141) in green livery with small yellow warning panel arriving at Kings Cross from Hatfield on a service for which the class was not designed - intensive suburban passenger, 07/67. Cravens Class 105 stands in the North Bay at Cambridge Station in July 1984. The DTC nearest the camera is E54131 and it's assumed that its normal DMBS E51293 (forming Set 40) is behind. Electric trains at Cambridge were still three years away. Simon Hadden.

The 12.38 Doncaster - Cambridge dmu passes Whitemoor Jn on December 13th 1980. Class 114 Derby 'heavyweight' set E56013 + E50039 is leading a hybrid Norwich set no. 79 consisting of Class 104 BRCW motor car E50597 and Cravens built Class 105 trailer E56131. Many of the Lincoln allocated class 114s had been repainted and refurbished by this time, but this set is still in BR standard blue. Gerard Fletcher.
