Before commencing the business of the meeting Mr.Pearson referred to the transfer
of Mr.Finlayson to a position with the Commission and said that he had agreed
with Mr.Robson that Mr.Stanley would, for the time being, represent both the
Locomotive and Carriage & Wagon sides of the Chief Mechanical & Electrical
Engineer's Department.
