The Pullman Car Company Limited and British Transport Commission, 29th April 1961
The Pullman Car Company bought the complete vehicles outlined in Schedule one from Met-Camm, subsequently the BTC bought from the Pullman Car Company the items in the second schedule, and the BTC agreed to pay it's share of the costs in schedule three.
It also outlines access to be provided to both parties, i.e. to the Pullman Car Company ammenities at stations, to the BTC access to kitchens for maintenance etc.

1) Traction power equipment and transmission, together with
control gear, power cables, couplings and engine starting batteries.
2) Auxiliary power equipment, together with control gear,
power cables, couplings, and electrical equipment outside the cars.
3) Air conditioning and heating equipment.
4) Loudaphone equipment.
5) Automatic Train Warning equipment.
6) Electrical and other equipment within the driver’s and
guard’s compartments.
7) Route indicators.

The Fourth Schedule
Parts of the Cars and Articles and Equipment Owned Entirely by the Pullman Company
a) All parts of the cars and all articles and equipment which are not comprised within categories specified in the Second and Third Schedules.
b) Without prejudice to the generality of the proceeding paragraph, the articles and equipment to which this Schedule applies include the following:-
1) Refrigerating equipment for kitchen and pantry;
2) Lighting mains and couplings thereof;
3) Distribution boxes on lighting mains;
4) Lighting control gear and batteries for lighting equipment;
5) Propane Gas equipment
6) Public Address System
Trimmings and decorations, lighting, cooking, hot water supply, passengers’ communication fittings and equipment; Drawbars, buffers, vestibule gangways and couplings, brakes and brake gear, trailer bogies, and all running gear.
