Driver's instructions in the standard 33003 series of booklets were first issued in May 1960 marked as "Preliminary", and then re-issued in February 1962. In the same series was the "Standard Preparation And Disposal Duties" issued in April 1961. These booklets were issued as loose sets of pages which fitted into a small pocket sized plastic binder.
