A six-car DMU formation with Birmingham Moor Street on the destination blind in Spring Road station in mid-1961. W50886 is closest in the Derby suburban triple set, on the rear is a Swindon Cross-Country set. Michael Mensing.
On 1st May 1963 Tyseley-based Derby suburban triple set 331 (50886 closest) operates the 6.25pm Birmingham Moor Street - Leamington Spa General seen at Lapworth. Michael Mensing.

A four-car Tyseley DMU, set 401, passing the signalbox at Bearley Junction on 11 March 1989. This unit is a right hotch-potch with a class 116 DMS 53886, class 115 TS 59743, class 127 TSL 59610 and Class 115 DMBS 51662. This mixture of types was far from unusual at Tyseley around this time with the depot using whatever they had available to keep trains running at a time of dreadful reliability. Peter Tandy.
