Class 105 E50373 coupled to a Met-Camm in Edinburgh Waverley on 16 June 1978. This was one of the regular schools excursions which used to come up from the North East at this time in the run up to the summer holidays. Most like this one terminated at Edinburgh but some went on to Stirling or over to Fife in order to take the kids across the Forth Rail Bridge. Alistair Ness.

This Cravens unit, nos. E53373 and E53364, has just passed Ravensthorpe to the west of Dewsbury and is heading towards Heaton Lodge at Mirfield East Junction on 21st April 1987. The unit is carrying the words 'Express Parcels' on each car. Andrew Walker.

Cravens set 30 (presumably 54125 and 53373) with the 11:54 Harwich Town - Manningtree is seen beside 31 424 as it arrived at Harwich Parkeston Quay (at 12XX) on Monday 18th March 1985. Colin Brooks.
The site of the former Cromer Junction which gave access to Cromer High, the first station in the town which opened in 1877, Cromer High was closed to passengers in 1954 and freight in 1960. Here we see a Norwich allocated Cravens class 105 dmu made up of cars E54125 + E53373, with a Sheringham-Norwich service, which calls at Cromer (Beach) and as the name implies is far more conveniently situated in the town. 22nd August 1985. Class 101 Met Camm car 51439 and Class 105 DMUs in Express Parcels service stabled next to Spillers, Cambridge 22-3-87. By marks on the cab the Cravens set may well be 53364+53373, photo of this set at Leeds in February 1987, no yellow stripe and Red Star logo beneath the number too, at this date anyway - by October it had the stripe. There were only 4 Met Camm Parcels sets and two of them are in this shot. On Tour With The Class 13 Army.
