DMBS 51241 leads set 101315 into Burntisland station with the 13:52 Kirkcaldy - Edinburgh service on May 30th, 1988, presumably with 59042 + 53260. Hamish Stevenson.
Class 101 set 101 315 at Kilmarnock, 51241 leading. The other two vehicles should be 59042 & 53260. The John Walker building behind is now gone, it was the home of Johnnie Walker whisky. 11 September 1988. Andrew McConnell.
An unusual view of the west end of Waverley station, Edinburgh, on the morning of 5/7/89. No trains were moving this day - it was the day of one of the weekly strikes staged by the NUR that summer. Almost every platform is filled with stabled stock.
