Glasgow Queen Street - Kirkintilloch
Kirkintilloch was a on a 1¼ mile branch from Lenzie on the Glasgow - Edinburgh line, and this service (along with others) provided a stopping service on the stations on that main line between Lenzie and Glasgow.
The first mention of DMUs on the service was in the June 1960 timetable. The branch closed in September 1964.
