An Aylesbury-Quainton Road shuttle-service, consisting of a 4-car Class 115 DMU (51869 + 59675 + 59654 + 51661), waits at Quainton Road station for passengers returning to Aylesbury after attending the Bank Holiday Open Day (May 26, 1980) at what is now known as the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre. Bedford on the 2nd of June 1984 and we have the 1T08 RESL Midland Engineer Railtour worked by Class 115 DMU set 51676 59654 59753 and 51671. The tour ran from Marlyebone to Crewe and returned to St Pancras, outward via Neasden, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Bedford, Leicester and Derby, return via Derby and the Midland Main line.
